Anna Politkovskaya gained notoriety as a critic of Putin’s cabinet. She was murdered in front of her home in 2006. Her friend Marina Goldovskaya compiled a posthumous documentary from over twenty years of footage of Politkovskaya fighting for human rights.

Apollo awarded Reijo Nikkilä and director Marina Goldovskaya will be present at the screening.
